Re: Stockholm World Water Week 2023 - Executive summary

Dear All,
Just came across this executive summary of the conference by junior rapporteurs at the 2023 WWW.

The following text is copied from the above link.

This executive summary gathers the Junior Rapporteurs’ insights and observations from World Water Week 2023. It focuses on  four key accelerators for water action : governance, finance, data and information, and capacity development. As the 2023 theme, “Seed of change: Innovative solutions for a water-wise world”, called for new practices and technologies, this was incorporated into each accelerator that was reported back on.

The link also includes links to articles and blogs written by rapporteurs. I'd encourage readers to appreciate the young professionals by engaging with them and the content.

Best

Pitch your innovation at the SuSanA booth during Stockholm World Water Week!

Dear SuSanA partners,

last year was a success! That's why we will once again offer the opportunity for all SuSanA partners to display their innovative products or materials at the SuSanA booth during the on-site exhibition at the upcoming World Water Week in Stockholm (August 20-24). Additionally, you will have the chance to pitch your innovation during a dedicated time slot at the booth!

Pitch your innovation:
  • Format: in presence (at the booth, during an allocated time slot)
  • Date and time: will be announced shortly
  • Length: 5 – 10 min (including Q&A)
If you are interested, then please follow the inclusion criteria below and send us your request via  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  until August 1st.

  • You must be an  approved partner of SuSanA
  • The item or innovation should be related to sanitation-related work.
  • The item must be recent and contribute to current activities, contexts, studies, or technical innovations.
  • The item can be in the form of a video, publication, innovation, project activity, etc.
  • In order to promote sustainability, we aim to be paperless. If you would like to display publications, please bring only ONE hard copy and provide a link to the online version, preferably in the SuSanA library.
  • We will have an LED screen and VR glasses available. If you would like to showcase a video, please contact us in advance.

Important information regarding shipping and delivery:
  • We are not able to print posters or publications on your behalf.
  • Please do not send any materials to the SuSanA offices. Instead, ship them directly to the WWWeek venue (City Expo).
  • Partners are responsible for delivering their items to the booth or organizing shipping of materials to Stockholm, Sweden, prior to the conference.
  • The logistic team of the WWWeek City Expo can receive your exhibition materials between August 14-17.
  • Please clearly mark all boxes with the stand number and organization.
Once your request to display/pitch your products or materials is approved by the SuSanA Secretariat, we will provide you with further information, including the shipping and delivery address along with our booth number.

We look forward to your pitches and contributions!
