Re: Liquid permeable membrane
Hi David,
not sure, but perhaps this is what you are looking for:
www.mangro.net/cms/de/53/Rotteanlagen
In German this is called "Rottesack" and is used as pretreatment in small wastewater treatment plants. Solids are retained in the nylon bags where they undergo a more less aerobic rotting process. Liquids drain through the bag and go to the planted filters or other treatment types.

Only the low budget solution: nylons.
Also because this could work with gravity alone (whereas most others membranes probably require some sort of low pressure?).

Dear all,
Does anybody know of a product that will stop organic material from falling into a trough, but allow liquid to pass through? It would be a liquid permeable membrane or similar.
Thanks.
