Flushless toilets in Australia

(Note by moderator: This post was originally in this thread: forum.susana.org/167-market-development-...in-east-africa#25788)

My bias is toward waterless toilets, which I have been making since 1979. Flushing toilets use such a valuable resource and pass it down ultimately polluted into our seas and oceans. Add this to missed opportunity for re-use of human waste as fertilizer and you have human kinds biggest error.
Thankfully here in developed Australia people are walking away from flushing toilets where it is possible. 20 units a week last year.
