SuSanA workshop on opportunities for knowledge sharing partnership development in Accra

Hello,

On the 7th of September 2017 SuSanA, WaterAid UK and WaterAid Ghana in partnership with Ghana's ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources held a one-day workshop on opportunities for knowledge sharing partnership via the SuSanA platform. The workshop took place in Accra.

The purpose of the workshop was to present the SuSanA as an active network and knowledge hub that is willing to support the Government of Ghana and national sanitation actors towards attainment of the Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources Strategic Objectives for 2018-2022.

During the day awareness of SuSanA as an knowledge management resource and network was raised, priority knowledge gaps in Ghana were identified by participants and several potential models for SuSanA support to Ghana were put forward. Many thanks to all those who attended. You can find the full workshop report attached.

A webinar with several actors in Ghana was conceived at the workshop and will take place December 18th 2017. The webinar aims to bring learning from the sector in Ghana to SuSanA, emphasising the two way nature of the knowledge sharing partnership with Ghana. I will post a link to the webinar registration shortly.

Best,
Connie
