Introducing Rose Academies as a new partner organisation of SuSanA

We would like to welcome Rose Academies
from U.S.A as a new SuSanA partner organisation!

The following text is taken from their application form and was written by the partner organisation themselves.

Description and Activities in Sustainable Sanitation:
Rose Academies works in the rural communities of Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Uganda. We educate the vulnerable and oppressed women and Deaf children about menstrual hygiene management (MHM), reproductive health, water and sanitation, and vocational skills development. Our MHM workshops teach women how to produce washable sanitary pads using readily available materials. Our work is aligned with the global goals 3- health & hygiene, 4-quality education, 5-gender equality and 6-water & sanitation.
