Description:
HERING has over 30 years of experience in the field of construction, operating sanitation facilities and prefabricated concrete structures.
HERING has established a production workshop for high quality sanitation facilities with the aim to provide the South African community with these superior facilities. With this knowledge HERING has developed prefabricated sanitation solutions which offer maximum creativity, functionality and longevity. The long term plan is to create a sustainable business in South Africa which will create jobs and transfer different skills.

Activities in Sustainable Sanitation:
Based on the properties of the prefabrication technology and the need for sanitation solutions we design sanitation solutions which meet the needs of the community and dynamics of the living environment. The design is primarily based on quality, creativity, reusability, hygiene improvement and unique solutions.

Expectations in the Partnership:
1. Gaining more knowledge regarding new technologies in the water and sanitation sector.
2. Introduction and exposure for our different sanitation products.

Contribution to SuSanA:
Sharing ideas regarding provision of correct sanitation products and correct designs which adapt or are unique to the different sanitation challenges.
