Re: Every Child Deserves Clean Water and Sanitation: Unlocking Matching Gifts

Dear Benny,Thank you for your encouraging questions regarding the campaign. Please find my responses below for your clarification and validation:
(Donation is tax deductible for US donors).
Thank you.
- Our WASH activities are designed for long-term sustainability, continuing throughout 2025 and beyond. We are committed to tracking our results and progress to facilitate learning. We will share quarterly reports with our supporters through publications on our website and via email updates.
- We actively involve children and young people in the planning and delivery of these programs. Our aim is to cultivate young WASH change-makers and multipliers within schools and local communities across Nigeria.
- We will engage local schools, CSOs (Civil Society Organizations), community leaders, and religious leaders as key influencers, allies, and messengers for the campaign. In addition to donations, we invite individuals to join us as digital volunteers, offering their skills or assisting in amplifying our message online for broader reach and visibility.
- We are highly receptive to collaborations with WASH professionals globally who can contribute to the development of our tools, content, and expertise.
- Upon the success of this campaign, we plan to expand it to other areas. We will provide regular updates throughout the campaign and a comprehensive summary upon its conclusion.
(Donation is tax deductible for US donors).
Thank you.

Re: Every Child Deserves Clean Water and Sanitation: Unlocking Matching Gifts
Wow, this is such an amazing initiative! Huge milestone to the CYPLP team for taking bold steps to improve WASH for kids. It’s fantastic to see a community-driven approach that combines education, advocacy, and action. I had a few questions that could help others understand and support this incredible work even more:If the full $10,000 is unlocked, will the WASH activities continue beyond April? Is there a plan for the long-term impact? Also, will CYPLP be tracking results, and will supporters be able to access those findings?I’m also curious: are young people or children involved in the planning or delivery of these programs? Will local schools, CSOs, or community leaders be engaged? Aside from donating, are there other ways people can help, like volunteering, offering skills, or spreading the word online? And can WASH professionals contribute tools, content, or expertise? If this campaign goes well, could it be expanded to other areas? This model could be a game-changer for other regions in Africa! Also, could you share the full donation link again? And will there be any updates during the campaign or a summary afterward? This is truly impactful work! Maybe hosting a short online Q&A or sharing success stories from the field could really connect more people to the cause. A post-campaign report would also be awesome for building trust and attracting future support. Wishing you all the best as you continue making waves. Your work is truly meaningful.
Kind regardsBenny
