The Skybird WASH Network is hosting an inspiration session on social enterprise in WASH. This event is part of a series of events for the upcoming months and this first event will act as an introduction to the topic. We decided for this topic because we often find in our projects there are good social business ideas like public latrines managed by vulnerable women, solid waste management services, etc. but at the end we often fail to establish an independent, sustainable venture. Therefore we invited some experts to share their expertise and help us make the leap to more sustainable social businesses in WASH.
