Dear Sir,
Thank You very much your response regarding the seminar. We are very much willing to attain but it is the matter of great regret that our organisation is a grassroots level organisation and not to provide the transport for this long distance. If ur esteemed organisation will provide at least one side of transport allowance, We ll b able to arrange another from our own arrangements, it's about RS.6,000/- per participant by air... Hope for the best from ur side...

Thank you for showing interest in participating in our workshop.

We would be able to provide accommodation for 25th and 26th on sharing basis but would not be able to cover the travel expense due to budget constraints.

At max we could accommodate two participants from your organisation.

Also, should you confirm your participation, we would share a water supply SLBs and SFD template to facilitate Day 2 discussion (refer the revised agenda attached). You or your representative would be require to collect the requisite information from the concerned entity (Municipal Corporation, Srinagar) to engage in the discussion in a more effective manner.

The District Administration, Leh, in collaboration with Sustainable Sanitation Alliance (SuSana), India chapter, National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA), Ladakh Ecological Development Group (LEDeG) and Bremen Overseas Research & Development Association (BORDA) is conducting a two-day workshop on Water and Wastewater in Hill towns in Leh on 25th and 26th October, 2018.

The workshop aims to bring experts and stakeholders who have worked on water and wastewater management in hill states to share their experience and learning. The two day event is divided into expert talks and peer exchange session on water and wastewater.
