Save the Date! 7th March 2023 - Water Women Day - Stronger together!
Dear SuSanA Community,
We would warmly invite you to safe the date to experience and shape our Water Women Day. It is organized under the motte Stronger Together. SuSanA , Community of Women in Water , Women in Water & Sanitation Network , African Women Sanitation Professionals Network , SIWI’s Women in Water Diplomacy Network in the Nile and Central Asia & Afghanistan , and the African Water Association are looking forward to further collaboration in March.
SAVE THE DATE: March 7th
After the successful Women in Water Peer Mentoring this year in January, we are organizing a follow-up Day.
These interactive events are open to women in all their diversity working on water issues, from sanitation to transboundary water management and water management. There will also be a session focusing on employers, all genders are welcome.
About this Informal Mentoring Opportunity
We know that formal mentoring can be a very structured and time consuming task for organizations and that many organizations don't do it as a result. We want to encourage the women who attend this session to better understand how they can benefit from less 'standardized' more informal mentoring from younger and older colleagues. We want them to understand that a mentor is anyone who a mentor is anyone who is able to offer a new perspective, shares experiences and learnings, and has a professional background you are interested to learn more about and can offer insights.

Registration links will be shared soon!
Best regards,
Daphne
