Yes, you can.

You can subscribe to a simple e-mail alert service for new posts on this forum via the "Feedburner" Option. See here for explanation (Option 2):

All you have to do is to leave your e-mail address and you will then receive once per day an e-mail with all the new posts in the last 24 hours. This is very convenient, I think! It means you will never miss the start of a new discussion.

What I like in particular about this setup: Even people who have not yet created a login for themselves (for whatever reason), can subscribe to this service, simply by leaving their e-mail address. It works via a system called Feedburner.

So, if you like to be alerted to all new posts via e-mail, then I encourage you to subscribe to this. And please let us know how you like it and whether any further improvements are needed.

(of course you also have the option for a more "selective subscription", i.e. for certain topic categories only; to do this, you first have to login though).
