WG1 virtual meeting on Wednesday, 19 August from 4 -5.30 pm CEST - Documentation available

Dear all

This is an invitation to the next capacity development meeting (WG1) of the Sustainable Sanitation Alliance (SuSanA) within the week of the (virtual) 30thSuSanA meeting.

The aim of the meeting is to provide a platform for capacity developers and people that are interested in capacity development to network and discuss.
There will be a first part where you can present your latest capacity development projects, programs, or challenges - including success stories, failures, and lessons learned.
We would also like to present and discuss the final draft of the new factsheet of working group 1 (will be posted in advance of the meeting for reading)

When: Wednesday, 19 August from 2 – 4 pm CEST
Where: Online, link will follow

Hi Dorothee,
Maybe another item for the agenda (if times allows) would be to pick up on that discussion of "Initiating De-colonisation of WASH sector Knowledge". I think this is potentially quite a hot topic and would fit under WG 1. It was also discussed in the RWSN Dgroup of Leave Noone Behind.

Dear all,

This is reminder for the next capacity development meeting (WG1) of the Sustainable Sanitation Alliance (SuSanA). The aim is to provide a platform for capacity developers and people that are interested in capacity development to network and discuss.

We will have a very intense session covering both flash presentation of members on current activities as well as the discussion of a
new factsheet of the WG1 that should outline the relevance of capacity development for sustainable sanitation and the SDG and provide examples how such capacity development can be implemented.
