I totally agree with Chris ,it seems to be impossible to control the outbreak of communicable diseases if sanitation intervention is not effective.
There is need to come out with an integrated approach which include sanitation in prevention and management of confirmed cases.

I am glad you like my ideas. Thanks for the encouragement. It would be an honor to help you apply them in Nigeria. A key way to do so would be to spread the word by example, ourselves together with admired public figures and leaders.

TV, radio, newspapers, and social media would be very important.

One concept that I would like to advance is that shifting to UDDTs does not need to be a big investment, but rather a paradigm change. If there is money to be invested, the UDDT can be nicer, but even the poorest of the poor can have one, if they understand the idea.

Please let me know which design you would like to apply first, plus any questions you may have.
