Hm!  Good idea.
I used to have a female African friend and she reported me the girls urination in Malawi. At night, the women and girls could not go out to pee because was very dangerous.  We used empty bottle to pee at night and went to the bush at daytime. She was giggled to our device that helped the girls to stand to pee without any problem in hygiene and sanitation. Please let me know your thoughts and advices. Appreciate it. Thank you 

A pilot project would simply mean a test trial to show how a larger project would look like or how to make small scale implementation giving results for a bigger scale implementation.
