Interest in WASH in HCF Research & Evidence? (Session outcome from UNC Water & Health Conference, October 7-11)

This might be interesting for SuSanA Working Group 7 (Sustainable WASH in Institutions and Gender Equality) members. Copied from the WHO and UNICEF WASH in health care facilities - October Updates.

UNC and Emory University hosted a session to discuss the state of evidence on WASH in HCF and see what research has taken place since an earlier research meeting in 2016 . Suggested research topics for the future include costing, sustainability, implementation science and best practices. Ideas generated from this session will be used to form a “working” research agenda, which will be shared for further feedback by the end of 2019.

If you would like to be part of a working group on WASH in HCF research and have not already indicated your interest, please contact Lindsay Denny at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
