These are some of the surveys done at provincial and national level. If you have came across some of these surveys having indicators on WASH would be great to share.

Dear Durrani sb,
I'm sorry but what is DHIS, PDHS?
I'm not quite clear - are you looking for international reports on WASH in hospitals, or Sindh reports on hospitals in Sindh?
Regards,

Dear Mughal Sb
It was nice to see some of the assessment of government hospitals of Sindh. However, there is a lot to be done in WASH in health care facilities in Pakistan. The fist step is evidences or available data resources in DHIS, PDHS, or any other report/resource. If you have something please share it with us.

Dear Mr. Ejike Okafor,
I think, you need to visit the government hospitals to see the current picture of WASH. Here, in the Sindh province of Pakistan, WASH in government hospitals is in bad shape. See these 2 recent news in the local newspaper, DAWN:

Re: Assessment of WASH facilities in Government Hospitals in South-east Nigeria
Hello Mr Mughal,
I do not have an in-depth knowledge of the WASH sector in Nigeria as I have just started my research in this area for my PhD.
However, I will attach a document which I think will be very useful in this regard. Kindly share any knowledge that will help me in carrying out a successful research.

Re: Assessment of WASH facilities in Government Hospitals in South-east Nigeria
We are also conducting an assessment of WASH facilities and waste management knowledge and practices in rural Government health clinics in Malawi. For our study design, we have decided to use 100% of the rural clinics within a district, which is 81 clinics. We did not look at private clinics. We have just finished data collection.
The topics of rural healthcare WASH and waste are linked in Malawi because it is the same government workers who conduct CLTS as provide basic health services (such as malaria testing and child immunizations) and generate healthcare waste. Rural Government clinics generally have a borehole and pit latrine. But, while there is a lot of emphasis on CLTS and WASH in Malawi healthcare waste management is a quiet, but large, gap.
Please message me if you are interested more in our study design here in Malawi.

Re: Assessment of WASH facilities in Government Hospitals in South-east Nigeria
Dear Kris,
For data collection in health care facilities I found very useful the following materials:
-Suggested core indicators for monitoring WASH in health care by WHO/UNICEF Joint Monitoring Programme: www.who.int/water_sanitation_health/moni...f-core-questions.pdf
Here you will find also expanded indicators: washdata.org/file/626/download
-SARA manual for data collection with useful guidance on methodology: www.who.int/healthinfo/systems/sara_reference_manual/en/
-The WHO/UNICEF database to check reports and studies and the methods implemented: www.washinhcf.org/evidence-research/resources/
you might also get in contact with EAWAG (www.eawag.ch/en/department/sandec/projec.../institutional-wash/), I know they have been developing a mobile app for the data collection on WASH in health care using the WHO/UNICEF Joint Monitoring Programme
Important is to consider a representative sample of facilities, if possible, and select a proportional number of facilities from different regions and settings (i.e. rural areas and urban settings) so to be able to gather a comprehensive overview and possibly identify common aspects and differences.
Best wishes,
Valentina
