I'm not sure what the best way is to go about listing different tools in a manner that lets others add to the list, maybe a google doc, but here is the start of the list:

Akvo FLOW (developed by Water for People)
AquaSurvey (developed by the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre and EuropeAid, is free of charge)

I'm doing some research on data collection tools, specifically Akvo FLOW and mWater, and thought that many of you might have some insight that you'd be willing to share. If you have any thoughts on the pros and cons of either tool, I would welcome your feedback.
