Clinical and laboratory radioactive hazard waste standard sanitation management?

Nowadays in addition to corona hazards waste such laboratory PCR wastes (reagent and solid waste containers and boxes)  and radio reagent , medicines , clinical and laboratory diagnosis reagents such as radio immune  isotope assay kits and radiotherapy medicines and reagent are very  dangerous for environment So how could deal with these waste water and solid hazards in urban and  private sectors? Is there any standard guidelines for collection& neutralization and disposing?( wastewater &solidwaste...).
