HI Elisabeth,

Thanks for your message! I've asked Ruhil and Jamie (who presented) to get in touch with you if they can help with the Wikipedia pages.

Here are the slides from the event attached.

Best,

Alice

Re: UNC Side Event on Climate Change: Integrating Meaningful Community-Based Adaptation in Climate-Resilient Water Resources Planning and Sanitation and Hygiene Programming

Hi Alice,
Could you please post the presentations that were used in this event here in this thread? That would be great.

I have an interest in disseminating knowledge about climate change + WASH by using Wikipedia. I wonder if any of the organisers from your session might be interested in joining this effort? It is described here:  en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Meetup/O...ange_-_November_2020 .

There are interesting Wikipedia articles on " Climate change in Africa " and " Water scarcity in Africa " that need more attention, for example. We are also creating more and more articles about Climate change in Country X, such as Climate change in Kenya .

Regards,
Elisabeth

UNC Side Event on Climate Change: Integrating Meaningful Community-Based Adaptation in Climate-Resilient Water Resources Planning and Sanitation and Hygiene Programming

Thursday 29th October 13:00 - 14:15 GMT

Join CARE Peru, the Sanitation Learning Hub and University of Technology Sydney, Institute for Sustainable Futures for this side event at the UNC conference.

The focus of discussion is how we can integrate meaningful community-based adaptation in climate-resilient water resources planning and sanitation and hygiene programming.

This session leverages the experience from community-based adaptation (CBA) in CARE Peru’s Glaciares program, and CBA research from the Sanitation Learning Hub and University of Technology Sydney to present current thinking, examples, and a framework for practitioners on how to integrate CBA approaches in climate-resilient sanitation, hygiene, and water resources programming.
