Priti,
Like Grace has told. The English version of the quick guide is already available.
Thank you for the patience.

On Wednesday October 9, 2019 the SaniBID RedBasica software Quick Guide was released in English during a side event on sanitation systems as part of the UNC Water and Health conference, sponsored by the UNC Water Institute in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
The discussions were organized in three thematic blocks.
In the first block, engineer Sérgio Perez, senior expert at the Inter-American Development Bank-IDB, presented a range of possible technical alternatives for solutions for the problem of sanitation in informally occupied urban areas which are part of the IDB’s Optimal Sanitation Initiative, and outlined the main limitations in using Condominial Sewerage as a solution, including 1) Population size and density, 2) a minimum level of revenue generated for the system to be self sustainable through tariffs, and 3) the institutional strength of operators and institutions.
The second round table block discussed the operation and maintenance experiences of Condominial Sewerage systems with the Brazilian specialists Klaus Neder (recently retired from CAESB in Brasília) and Júlio Mota (Superintendent of EMBASA in Salvador). The experts answered questions regarding the challenges of operating sewage systems in areas with various types of urban occupation and how sanitation companies were structured for these activities. In addition to questions from moderator Grace Beeler, director of the Appropriate Sanitation Institute, questions were posed by video from engineer Angelo Kwitonda from NWSC in Kampala Uganda. (Link to film: )
In the final block, engineers Ivan Paiva and Leonardo Nazareth presented a showcase on the development of a Condominial Sewer system project using the newly released saniBID software. The presentation focused on the diffusion of concepts and methodology of Condominial projects and their application in a real project case in a slum in Salvador, Bahia. This practical exercise demonstrated how the software tools are used for planning Condominial projects.
The next steps are: the launch of the Quick Guide with finalized graphic editing and the start of Spanish and English subtitles for the YouTube channel video lessons.
Below are the links to the English Quick Guide (not yet finalized with a graphical edition), the software download link, and the YouTube channel expected to receive new videos later this month.

This presentation will bring a delegation of Condominial experts from Brazil to the US to present in English. The majority of the panelists have spent 40+ years working in Condominial Sewerage, including in the large scale citywide projects in Salvador and Brasilia begun in the 1990s.
Additionally there will be an overview of the new SaniBID software for planning Condominial Systems and a roundtable discussion.

www.cvent.com/events/2019-water-health/e...ae4847.aspx?fqp=true
Side event description:
State of the Art Condominial Sanitation Systems within the Framework of the Optimal Sanitation Initiative
The event will cover the state of the art of condominial sanitation systems including all the keys to their success, but also the myths that have surrounded this technology since its appearance in the 1980s in Brazil. Its lower investment costs, its capacity to adapt to complex urban networks and evidence of its use as asocial intervention model, make it the ideal solution to face the challenge of SDG in slum areas. Condominial sanitation solutions will be introduced in the scenario of growing interest in other alternative solutions such as improving the management of sludge from individual solutions. A practical example of the design of a condominial sanitation system will be developed with the objective of delimiting the most important differences with respect to conventional systems, highlighting the condominium (block of houses) as a decision unit, both technical and social. The example will highlight SaniBID on a QGIS platform which allows a fast interaction in a friendly environment.[/strike]

JKMakowka,
You were faster than me. That's the link, the exact link to download the plugin installer is:
github.com/leonazareth/sanibid_redbasica...RedBasica-master.zip
And the link to download the Spanish worksheet is:
github.com/leonazareth/sanibid_redbasica...lculo_ES_v01907.xlsm
QGIS 3.8 is a trial version, and we recently noticed that something has changed in the library, causing some crashes while using saniBID. Therefore we recommend using the stable version of QGIS 3.4.4 LTR.

Maybe I am overlooking something, but could you share an actual download link and/or the source-code repository (github etc.)?
At least in my QGIS3.8 it also does not show up in the build in plugin manager.
This seems like a really nice tool, but you are making it way to difficult to actually try it
Edit: hidden in a footnote of a PDF document: github.com/leonazareth/sanibid_redbasica
Almost hilarious how hidden that was

Re: Software Libre saniBID – Proyecto de Saneamiento Condominial (in Spanish); free software - condominial sewer project
