The State Council of the People’s Republic of China has printed and issued the Implementation Plan for the Domestic Wastes Classification System, the Opinions on Accelerating the Utilization of Wastes from Livestock and Poultry Breeding andthe Opinions on the Implementation of the Strategy for Rural Revitalization, which define precisely to“build an integrated development system of the primary, the secondary and the tertiary industries”;“plan the management of mountains, water, forest,field, lake and grassland systems as a whole. Take the mountains, water, forest,field, lake and grassland systems as a community of life for unified protection and restoration” and“take agricultural green development actions to realize the minimization of inputs,the cleanliness of reviews, the recycling of wastes and the ecologicalization of industrial models; promote the use of organic fertilizers as alternative fertilizers, the treatment of livestock manures and the comprehensive utilization of crop stalks” and “promote the revolution in toilets to allow rural residents to use hygienic toilets” .
