This year's theme for MH Day 2016 is "menstruation matters to everyone, everywhere". Menstruation matters to women and girls worldwide, in all spheres of life, to boys & men, and to transgender people. It is a matter of equality, inclusion and human rights, and is important in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Read more on website the website, and get involved!

The Menstrual Hygiene Day Planner will help you plan for Menstrual Hygiene Day 2016. It is meant to give you guidance and inspiration for all your activities. The Planner includes background information on:

Campaign Materials

The story of this year’s campaign is that “every day can be a good day”, including the days of the period. Different people explain what makes days of the period normal and good.
