Launch of the Global WASH Cluster Resource Center

A note from the GWC:

Dear GWC Partners,

We are pleased to inform you that the GWC Resource center is ready.

It includes evidence-based publications and guidance related to WASH interventions for emergency response scenarios. A manual search function has been developed to help you to find relevant articles in an user-friendly manner. The repository includes 130 of technical emergency WASH documents so far. The number of documents will be regularly incremented. Please visit https://wrc.washcluster.net .

Re: Launch of the Global WASH Cluster Resource Center

Very confusing that the main portal page that you linked to seems to be more or less empty and doesn't show for example the latest additions. Only if you go to "search" i.e. wrc.washcluster.net/search you actually see the content. Which again isn't really intuitive as search isn't the same as browsing the catalogue.

This definitely needs a basic usability review... the SuSanA library might serve as a better example ;)
