Corruption Determines the Fate of Water and Sanitation Projects

Corruption Determines the Fate of Water and Sanitation Projects

Local government department of Sindh province (Pakistan) is responsible for handling the water and sanitation projects.

What happens when the department instead of concentrating on the development works, change focus and work on how to mint money, and indulge in financial corruption? Answer - the projects either are shown on paper, or substandard work is done.
