Responsibilities
Steer, manage, monitor and report on the project, ensuring that the project is implemented in line with objectives, customer requirements, monitoring indicators and frameworks, time line, budget and contract management requirements, in consultation with the Sector Leader, Country Director and Multi-country Programme Manager.
Establish annual project implementation pipelines and systems and support the coordination of activities locally and nationally.
Provide technical direction and advice to ensure that the project activities are designed and implemented in line with global best practice in CLTS, sanitation marketing, and BCC, and in compliance with process and procedures established by key stakeholders in Ghana, such as UNICEF and the Ministry of Local Governance and Housing.
Manage the local team of three national staff and local NGO partners involved in the implementation.
