Looking for a Consultant / Expert in Wastewater Management on Black Cotton soil (and South Sudan)

Doctors without Borders (MSF) South Sudan Mission is looking for a consultant to support in the assessment, design and implementation of an integrated wastewater management solution for their project in Ulang (Upper Nile). The successful candidate (or company) needs to submit the following information:
 
  1. A technical offer with a methodologic plan
  2. A detailed planning for the consultancy realization
  3. A financial offer with detailed lines including cost per each of the three implementing phases (Assessment, Design, Construction)
  4. CV for each HR involved. This CV must be sorted by project.
  5. References list. These references must be linked with sizing, design and implementation of treatment systems.
 
The entire consultancy and implementation of the proposed solution should be completely implemented by April 2022, and a field visit might be required.
 
Interested parties should send the application not later than the 24th of October midnight to:  enquiries@nairobi.msf.org  with the following Subject: Proposal Wastewater Management Ulang (SSD)
