The SWIFT programme led by Oxfam is recruiting for a consultant to support teams to conduct formative research in North Kivu and Maniema for the new WASH programme, the consultant will be responsible for training teams, supporting the teams to conduct focus groups and providing the analysis and writing the report for the programme to use in the areas of operation. We need someone that is an expert in behaviour change and has the ability to work in DRC, knowledge of WASH is preferable but not essential.
