Role

• Work in an interdisciplinary team and support the core team in developing project deliverables at various levels
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Ability to learn new things and implement them
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to further relationships for effective implementation
• Lead the implementation work by carrying out the various activities and guiding the team members in their work
• Design social models and behaviour change solutions. Build platform for innovation and networks understanding the organizational strength, team capabilities and client needs
• Envision the organization’s core philosophy and value into context-based outputs
• Travel to intervention locations and coordinate with field partners on logistics and operations
• Experience: a minimum of 3 years of project work
