Dear all,
If you've been attending the "sanitation in small towns" session last year at World Water Week 2017 (but also if you have not!), you may be interested by our follow-up session this year :
You can find the information on SIWI's website here . Our session will draw on the learnings from the last conference, giving you lots of space to discuss your experiences and ideas on delivering sustainable sanitation in small towns in developing countries.
And if you're interested about sewer networks, we're holding another session called "Rethinking sewers", in partnership with the World Bank, University of Leeds and University College London. It's on the Thursday 30th, from 4-5:30pm, NL Pillar Hall. More info here .
We look forward to seeing you there!

Hello,
The minutes of our two tandem sessions on sanitation in small towns are now ready!
Minutes :
Introduction powerpoint:
Gret presentation:
WaterAid presentation:
We wanted to thank all participants once again for their participation, and for the lively and relevant discussions they contributed to.
We are also discussing other ways of deepening our knowledge further on this question, so if you also know of any experiences or studies on the development of full sanitation chain in a small town, do not hesitate to inform us as we're interested to gather information from different initiatives.
Best wishes,
Colette
on behalf of the convening organisations: Eawag-Sandec, GIZ, Gret, pS-Eau, SuSanA, WaterAid and the World Bank.
