Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-government international organization that provides humanitarian and development assistance in Lebanon since 1993.

Mercy Corps Lebanon invites technical and financial bids from qualified design consultants, Community Based Organizations, companies and research institutions to identify, implement and pilot test innovative and appropriate on-site communal wastewater treatment option/s.

The overall objective of this applied research project is to help prevent continued pollution and degradation of the Lebanese environment and reduce exposure to unhygienic conditions for people living in and around refugee informal settlements.
