Welcome to the latest article from Hoby Randrianimanana, WSSCC reporter in Madagascar highlighting how partners are responding to the  sanitation and hygiene needs of the most vulnerable and those least able to respond. 

Jean Ramaroson, a retired doctor resident in Madagascar's Betsiboka region, lost his vision a few years ago and has since then relied on support from other people for most activities including getting access to sanitation and hygiene facilities. As a former doctor, he found the loss of independence very painful.
