Introducing Partners in Development: A new partner organisation of SuSanA


We would like to welcome Partners in Development (PID) from South Africa as a new SuSanA partner organisation!

The following text is taken directly from their application form and was written by the partner organisation themselves.

Description:

PID is a civil engineering consulting and research group based in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. PID was founded by David Still in April 1993. PID works mainly in the water supply and sanitation field, and in that sector its work ranges from planning, to policy, to research, to design to construction.

Activities in Sustainable Sanitation:

Design, research, construction, piloting of sanitation in urban and rural settings in South Africa

Expectations in the Partnership:

Sharing of knowledge and experience

Contribution to SuSanA:
Share research work and field experience
