- SuSanA secretariat currently allocates 2 full time person equivalents of time from members of GIZ Sustainable Sanitation Team: Arne Panesar, Alexandra Dubois, Maren Heuvels, Teresa Häberlein, Daphne Manolakos and Bettina-Sophie Heinz.

Description:
Makerere University is Uganda's largest and oldest university that was first established as a technical school in 1922. The University has recently transformed into a collegiate University, with 9 colleges and 1 school in transition to colleges.
Activities in Sustainable Sanitation:
Research and training in sustainable sanitation.
Expectations in the Partnership:
Learning from others
Contribution to SuSanA:
Conference attendance and contributions, sharing research reports and students dissertations.
