I would like to share the recently published paper, Behaviour Centred Design: towards an applied science of behaviour change, by Dr. Bob Aunger and Dr. Val Curtis of the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. In this paper, the authors describe a new approach, behavior centered design (BCD)—which encompasses a theory of change, a set of behavioral determinants, and a program design process—that can target specific behaviors and has been shown to change hygiene, nutrition, and other health-related behaviors.
