Dear Arno

This is an interesting structure and thanks for sharing the document. It seems to suggest a hierarchy of practices starting from promising and going up to good. I'm planning a discussion on the India chapter on good practices/case studies on sanitation. Have you come across other resources I can share while initiating the discussion?
