It's the whole 9 hours in one go, which is a little cumbersome. Ideally, the video should now be split up into the presentations but I think that's probably too much work given the low click rates we normally get for such videos.

The meeting was held in English and Portuguese with simultaneous translations (the translations are however not available in the Youtube recording).

Back in March, I had tuned into the livestream for part of the meeting and found the quality of the camera work excellent. It was great to be able to participate online like that (only problem was that I couldn't hear the translations from Portuguese to English).

It's so great that the video streaming is now available to us. One day, it will really reduce air traffic when more and more people attend via video rather than travelling around the world to attend a meeting.

We are just less than 24 hours to the 25^th SuSanA meeting this year in Brasilia. Make sure that you have subscribed SuSanA YouTube channel to keep you updated to our latest video uploads. The meeting will be broadcasted through our YouTube channel from 9:00 to 18:00 (UCT-3, Brasilia) / London (12:00-21:00) / New York (08:00-17:00) / Melbourne (23:00-08:00). The live stream will be in the original language of the presentations. However, the recordings will be available in our YouTube channel later.

I am happy to let you know that there will be a live stream via SuSanA's Youtube channel. As this could mean a sleepless night to many people around the world, the recordings will be available a couple of weeks afterwards.



Differently from most of SuSanA meetings, the 25th Meeting to be held in Brasilia will be bilingual. We have a good mix of presentations in both English and in Portuguese and simultaneous transition will be provided. Like this, we hope to stimulate knowledge exchange and networking amongst participants.

The live stream will be in the original language of the presentations. I am attaching here the detailed agenda, which announces the language you can expect for each presentation.

We encourage the participation of the SuSanA community worldwide, by using the hashtag #susana25 while tweeting about the meeting.

We are happy to share with you the draft agenda of the 25th SuSanA meeting this year in Brasilia, Brazil. Please find it attached, as well as on the meeting page . Please note that minor adjustments can still occur in the next days.

The 25th SuSanA meeting will take place on March 17th, 2018 in Brasilia. The full-day meeting from 9 AM to 6 PM will take place at Hotel Manhattan Plaza, SHN Quadra 2, Bloco A, DF, 70702-900, Brasil. We will have simultaneous translation from English to Portuguese. After the meeting, all participants are invited for a dinner on a self-paid basis, the venue will be announced soon.

Dear all,

Eight years after the last SuSanA meeting in Latin America ( 11th SuSanA meeting, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil ) SuSanA is inviting all sanitation enthusiasts from Brazil, Latin America and beyond to join the next SuSanA Meeting.

The 25th SuSanA meeting will take place in Brasilia, Brazil, tentatively on Saturday 17th of March 2018, prior to the World Water Forum.
We intend to have a live stream of the meeting for the members of the SuSanA community who are unable to attend.
