Dear participants of the SuSanA South Asia Regional meeting in Bhaktapur Nepal,

Greetings from SuSanA Secretariat at the GIZ headoffice in Germany.

I would like to personally thank all the participants for their active contributions during the meeting as well as Bhushan Tuladhar and his team at UN Habitat for supporting the organisation of the meeting. WSSCC invites all registered participants for Lunch

Venue: Kutumba Lounge, Bhaktapur-15, Itachhen, Bhaktapur 44800, Nepal. It is close to the venue where the inauguration for SACOSAN V will be organised.

Transport arrangements: Since Bhaktapur is 30 minutes' drive from Kathmandu, we are organising transport from Kathmandu. Meeting point : 8.00 am Themel in front of Sanchay Kosh Building near SAARC Secretariat 8.10 am Yak and Yeti Hotel

23 October : SuSanA and WIN Side events at SACOSAN V 1600 to 1800h

1. 1600- 1700h : How can we scale up urban sanitation to achieve sustainable sanitation goals?

2. 1700- 1800h : Is Integrity an issue for better sanitation services?

3. 1800h : SuSanA and WIN invite all registered participants to dinner

Dear SuSanA Colleagues from South Asian countries,

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to invite you to the SuSanA South Asia Regional Meeting (open to all) on the 21st October from 0900h - 1030h in Bhaktapur prior to the inauguration of SACOSAN V. The SACOSAN V conference will take place from the 22-24 October in Kathmandu, Nepal (www.sacosanv.gov.np/<www.sacosanv.gov.np/>) . The meeting will focus on regional exchange of experiences and initiate discussion on a south Asia regional networking platform (affiliated to SuSanA) for improved communication, knowledge exchange and capacity building within the region. The registration to the meeting is now open (see registration link below). Please find attached the agenda of the meeting.

Venue: Kutumba Lounge & Bar, Bhaktapur-15, Itachhen, Bhaktapur 44800, Nepal.

Following the meeting WSSCC will organise a meeting on "Global Sanitation Fund for South Asia" at the same venue after the SuSanA meeting. The agenda of the meeting will be circulated next week.

SuSanA will also organise Side events at the SACOSAN V conference on the 23rd October from 1600-1800h followed by dinner. The topics of the side event are:

? 1600 - 1700h : How can we scale up urban sanitation to achieve sustainable sanitation goals?
