It seems that the attachment of your presentation didn't succeed? Can you please post it again?

Thanks for giving us this feedback about the conference. I hope some more people will tell us about their impressions, too I think such feedback is important. And I will ask the organisers if they could please upload all the presentations.

I was invited to present paper in the WTO held in Delhi on 19-20, January and presented a paper on toilet linked biogas plant. Time allotted was very short. There was more time for discussion. It was good.My presentation is attached.
Perhaps all presentations are not available on site. WTO had posted all important photos of the conference, but not presentations.

The website - www.wtsindia.in is not in operation yet. It says the website is not available. Under anther link- world toilet summit, there is information only for registration fees. There is no information about papers/ abstract etc.

World Toilet Summit India, New Delhi on 19th and 20th January 2015 - with feedback

World Toilet Organization and the World Education Foundation will join India’s Ministry of Urban Development for the 14th annual World Toilet Summit in New Delhi, India on 19th and 20th January 2015.

World Toilet Summit India in January 2015 will act as a platform to amplify Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Swachh Bharat campaign, achieve policy outcomes and mobilise partnerships to address India’s sanitation crisis. The largest global event on toilets and sanitation, the summit will involve local and international NGOs, corporations, agencies, funders and intermediaries, and the government, to share, learn and collaborate to end open defecation in India.

The two day summit, organized with partner Showcraft Productions, will witness participation from various stakeholders including government, Municipal Corporation, corporate and non-government organisations among others. The event will deliberate on various aspects related to sanitation including the way forward, the experiences in other countries, low-cost solutions and evolving technologies that can play a pivotal role in addressing open defecation.

During the summit, sessions on global best practice and the scope for public-private partnership for sanitation will also be organised. The impact that education may have on sanitation will be deliberated with a focus on ways to make our schools a better place.
