Re: Suggestions by featured users for improving the forum - thematic issues and forum software issues

Dear James,

Yes. No problem. There are two ways you could do this:
1) You could write a message saying that you are writing an article on a certain subject and would like to find someone interested in reviewing your draft. Out of the thousands of members of this Forum, someone may likely have the time and interest to help you. Once the contact is made, the communication would then be between the two (or more) of you.
2) You could post a link to your draft for all members to see and comment on. This may not be the best option if you want to later submit the article to a journal, since this would essentially be publishing the article on the internet and the journal would want to have exclusivity.

I encourage Forum members to help each other in this way. This is especially important when someone wants to publish in a language other than his or her native language.

What are you working on?

Best wishes,
Chris

Does this forum allow members to help each other edit research articles?

I am seeking clarification: Does this forum allow members to help each other edit research articles? It would be useful to offer members assistance in packaging articles for publication. If this service exists how does one access it?
