Join PRO-WASH & SCALE and iDE for the launch of a new Human-Centered Design toolkit for WASH, built for emergency, crisis, and resilience settings. Organized around three flexible phases (Discover, Create, Deliver), it draws from implementation experience and offers practical tools with step-by-step instructions, customizable templates, and realistic time estimates. Hear from Takunda (CARE Zimbabwe) on applying HCD to sanitation, Ifaa (CRS Ethiopia) on working with content advisory groups to co-create WASH and multi-sectoral behavior change materials, and iDE on the nuances of HCD in emergency response.
