Water and sanitation are not merely resources; they are fundamental HumanRights. These rights remain out of reach for far too many, and we are running out of time. But there is hope: accountability.
On 10 December, Human Rights Day, Sanitation and Water for All - a UNICEF-hosted global partnership will launch the 2nd Global Accountability Report, which highlights the progress of nearly 500 commitments made from across 60+ countries under the Mutual Accountability Mechanism (MAM) and showcases the critical role of accountability in advancing SDG water and sanitation targets. The MAM is the only global accountability process dedicated to all stakeholders working together towards achieving #SDG6.
Agenda
Interpretation will be available in English, French and Spanish.
