We are pleased to invite you to the WinS Network webinar on the introduction to the Enabling Environment Matrix Tool, or EE Matrix. This tool has been effectively used by Ministries of Education, government departments responsible for WASH, and development partners to engage and discuss their WinS status in advance of the WinS international learning exchanges .
 
The  first Africa WinS International Learning Exchange , planned in Cote-d’Ivoire in March 2023, presents an opportunity to introduce the tool and share insights from country representatives, which previously used it.
