Environmental Sanitation aims to protect and promote human health and well-being by providing a clean environment and breaking the cycle of disease. Participants of this webinar are invited to take a broader look at the community. We will address different, but interconnected, aspects, including human and animal excreta management, solid waste management, vector control and domestic wastewater management.

Participants of this 60-minute online training will learn about:

• Factors that contribute to poor environmental sanitation
• Diseases related to environmental sanitation and how to prevent disease transmission
• Introduction to environmental sanitation inspection forms, a tool used to evaluate community environmental sanitation and identify challenges
• Opportunities for environmental sanitation project implementation

Join CAWST field staff Aaron Tanner, who led the development of CAWST's environmental sanitation resources, and International Technical Advisor Sam Gil for an engaging and informative one-hour webinar.
