What for?
The course Working with Stakeholder Dialogues is a unique capacity building offered by the Collective Leadership Institute. The 4-day-intensive training is designed to build your strategic abilities and optimize your leadership skills in multi stakeholder settings. The workshop conveys an integral approach and a comprehensive practice-proven methodology.

Objectives
  • plan and structure stakeholder processes and monitor their process quality by applying the Dialogic Change Model
  • understand key elements of a result-based process design for co-creative stakeholder engagement
  • analyze and further develop next steps for Stakeholder Dialogues you are currently involved in
  • know how to engage potential stakeholders and develop engagement strategies to minimize unproductive conflict
  • learn how collective intelligence, commitment, and ownership can emerge

The training course is designed for practitioners from the public sector, international organizations, private sector and the civil society that seek to successfully engage diverse stakeholders in a result oriented cooperation process.
