CSE-NMCG Residential Training on Groundwater Management
The School of Water and Waste, Centre for Science and Environment (CSE), New Delhi in collaboration with National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG), is organising a 3-day advanced residential training programme on Urban Groundwater Management.
The training will mainly focus on understanding groundwater to address the imploding water scarcity by acquiring the knowledge of lithosphere and potential aquifer profile, as well as the extraction, management, and governance regime.

Course Duration: Three days (24 hours)

Venue: Anil Agarwal Environment Training Institute (AAETI), Nimli, Rajasthan
AIM OF THE TRAINING
The course aims to equip the participants with the necessary knowledge for planning Urban Ground Water Management by understanding the fundamental concepts of Groundwater and aquifer and the application of Integrated Urban Water Management (IUWM) and City Water Balance (CWB).
