Compendium of field-testing of non-sewered sanitation systems

Dear Colleagues,

I hope this finds you well.

I am writing to share a new open-access book, “EngineeringField Testing of Non-Sewered Sanitation Systems: A Compendium of Lessons
Learned”, which might be of interest to you. This Book has just been published by IWA and can be accessed at the following link: iwaponline.com/ebooks/book/968/Engineeri...sting-of-Non-Sewered .

This book compiles lessons learned over the course of extensive field-testing campaigns from Coimbatore, India; Durban, South Africa;
and AIT in Thailand. While the tested technologies are described elsewhere, this book describes various approaches adopted to carry out field testing and recounts challenges and issues that were common across our teams. We envision it as a helpful resource for future practitioners, hence the interest in dissemination.

We will greatly appreciate if you could disseminate the news of the book and the link through your channels, newsletters or network.

Please let me know if you have any questions, and thank you for considering.

Kind regards,
Dr Santiago Septien-Stringel
Senior researcher
