I am working on a documentary film on Condominial Sewerage in Brazil to be used as a teaching tool. I have several versions up on YouTube now. The film examines the successes and failures of the only two large scale city wide Condominial Sewage projects that have been attempted in Brazil: Salvador and Brasilia. It attempts to give engineers, policy makers and development professionals a broader, more nuanced view of what can make a Condominial Sewage project go right, and what conditions can lead to failure.
