Agriculture, Nutrition & Health (ANH) Academy Week: 25-29 June, Accra

Dear Colleagues,

The 3rd Annual Agriculture, Nutrition & Health Academy Week will take place from 25-29 June 2018, in Accra, Ghana.

Spread across five days, this international, interdisciplinary conference explores agri-environmental sectors, food systems, nutrition and health; bringing together researchers from across the world to share advances in development-focused research linking these disciplines.

The programme begins with two days of Learning Labs; interactive training sessions that cover a broad range of methods, metrics and tools for research and practice. This is followed by a three day abstract-driven Research Conference which includes scientific sessions, policy panels, posters and keynote speeches. Throughout the Week participants are encouraged to network and interact informally at receptions and other organised spaces.

The 2016 event took place in Addis Ababa, and in 2017 in Kathmandu. More information about these events please can be found in the official reports (see links below).

The call for abstracts for the Research Conference is currently open and the deadline for submissions is 11 February.

We are seeking the results of recent scientific research using robust quantitative and/or qualitative methodological approaches and are interested in receiving abstracts from researchers exploring any of these issues through a WASH lens or methodology.
