Can any one help me by providing information about the reason of NPK variation in urine and Feces in different situation. Need some reference document.

Please also explain the background to your question, why are you asking? Then you have a much better chance that someone will take the time to answer you. Just a hint: the N and P variation is mainly due to diet, e.g. how much protein the person eats. Look for a paper by Hakan Jönsson et al. in the SuSanA library from about 2004
