Re: Reply: CDD Society is hosting a training on EcoSan in Bangalore in July!

Thank you for the information. I am a trainer for Ecosan sanitation and I have interest in participating in this upcoming training in Bangalore. I am working within a small community in Siaya County of Kenya in Ugunja and my greatest vision is to win the whole county over to Ecosan philosophy.

-- Merci beaucoup, thanks once again.

Kindest regards,

CDD Society is hosting a training on EcoSan in Bangalore in July!

CDD Society kindly invites you to join a training on EcoSan from 14th to 16th July, 2014 in Bangalore. Though Ecosan is increasingly becoming known in India, there is a significant lack of qualified personnel and of people capable of implementing these systems at the grassroot level. Recognizing the critical need for competent human resources for this system, CDD Society and Ecosan Services Foundation envisage dissemination of appropriate knowledge and skills on this option among professionals.
The training programme aims to increase awareness on alternative sanitation by focusing on the agricultural, social, economic and financial aspects of EcoSan. It will also assess possible technical options to pilot them at the local level. Finally, it will train participants to disseminate his/her knowledge on this sustainable sanitation option. The training programme will facilitate participants in assessing the advantages and disadvantages of different sanitation systems and, in typical locations, initiate and plan EcoSan solutions. Please see attached brochure and registration form more information and application procedure.
Looking forward to seeing you in Bangalore!
